License Application Processing Services
All sales are final for License Processing Services. This includes any and all down payments, final payments, or any other payments for related services. Related services include but are not limited to credit reports, background checks, fingerprinting, state fees, third party fees such as but not limited to insurance and surety bonds, and any other service requested from The License Company LLC by you or your representatives. Please note that the ultimate decision to issue, renew, or modify a license is the sole discretion of the licensing authority which governs the license type for which you applied.
License Research Services
All sales are final for License Research Services. This includes any and all down payments, final payments, or any other payments for related services. Related services include but are not limited to credit reports, background checks, fingerprinting, state fees, insurance, and any other service requested by you or your representatives.
License Verification Services
All sales are final for License Verification Services. This includes any and all down payments, final payments, or any other payments for related services. Related services include but are not limited to credit reports, background checks, fingerprinting, state fees, insurance, and any other service requested by you or your representatives.
Need to pause your license application?
It happens! That’s why The License Company allows you to restart your application within 180 days of your initial payment to us. However, once the 180 day time period has passed, you’ll need to reapply with us and pay our application processing fee. Additionally, please note that most third-party fees such as state application fees, insurance and surety bonds, registered agent fees, etc. cannot be refunded once payment has been made.
